    Crystal Harbans is a Toronto based Wellness Entrepreneur, Keynote Speaker and interdisciplinary creative. Her first business Grassroots Marketing & PR was launched in 2011, with the sole purpose of publicizing natural health and wellness brands. Over the past 13+ years she has worked with hundreds of wellness brands, registered practitioners, media outlets and workplaces. Her ‘meaning driven’ campaigns have garnered her ample media attention, both print and television. In 2020 she launched the wellnessxchange; a collective / community of wellness thinkers, creators, registered practitioners, healers and artists. The wellnessxchange collective serves as a bridge between the wellness community and the general public. This is facilitated through implementing the latest wellness research, wellness trends and knowledge to all aspects of public life, ie: innovative workplace wellness programs, media appearances, wellness brand collaborations (via the wellnessxchange online wellness shop), wellness pop-ups, farmers markets, community wellness events and social justice initiatives. In her spare time, she enjoys nature walks with her husband and doggy Yoko, vintage shopping, yoga, searching for the best matcha everything, festivals and watching documentaries.

    Deon Ambersley is a dedicated life coach and psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in guiding individuals toward personal growth and wellness. Holding a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Toronto, and certification in Health & Wellness coaching from Humber College, Deon combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with actionable coaching strategies to help individuals overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Her compassionate and holistic approach focuses on empowering clients to build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence. Deon is passionate about fostering lasting change and believes in the transformative power of self-discovery.   • Violet Raptou (Holistic Health & Wellness Coach)

    Violet Raptou is an Ontario based certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach and speaker.  She specializes in holistic nutritional guidance, hormonal imbalance, fatty liver disease, type 2 diabetes prevention and maintaining overall good health and well-being. Her certifications include health coaching certification, as well as courses on women's hormonal health, men's health, children's health, autoimmune healing, intermittent fasting, neuro-optimization, holistic approaches to cancer and herbal first aid.   She educates, encourages, and empowers individuals by providing them with personalized programs and wellness plans to help them obtain optimal health and vitality. Violet’s approach is holistic in that she utilizes nature's bounty; supplements, whole food, adaptogens and movement.     Violet speaks publicly and at workplaces about the importance of detox, gut health, stress management, superfoods, metabolism support and improving the immune system.    In her spare time, she enjoys reading, going for walks, being in nature and spending time with her family. 

  • Aakanksha Aanand (Yoga Practitioner & Head of Corporate Yoga)

    Aakanksha Aanand is a certified Yoga & Mindfulness Instructor specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Her yoga journey began in 2008 while working as a Senior Market Researcher at various Big 4 firms. In 2019, she achieved her 500-hour yoga certification from the Bodhi School of Yoga, deepening her knowledge and practice. Aakansha's practice is rooted in traditional Southeastern yoga, emphasizing the profound healing properties of pranayama (yogic breathing) and different forms of meditation to alleviate stress and calm the nervous system. She incorporates traditional Hatha flow and power yoga, blending them with the philosophy of deep mind, body and breath connection. Her classes guide her students on a journey of self-discovery and enlightenment, encouraging them to delve deep into their inner selves. Through reflective practices and insightful discussions, they uncover personal truths and gain a profound understanding of their place in the world. Aakanksha is the head of Corporate Yoga at the WellnessXChange. Her overarching goal is to empower and inspire individuals to integrate yoga into their daily lives, fostering physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She encourages her students to explore the holistic benefits of yoga beyond the yoga mat, promoting mindfulness and self-awareness in every aspect of life.  Outside of teaching yoga, Aakanksha enjoys spending time with her husband, family & friends, watching films, listening to music, painting, arts & crafts, cooking, dancing around the kitchen, and exploring the world.
