Nanah’s Coconut Cranberry Loaf
This decadent loaf is a family favourite, and an 80 year old recipe handed down by Nanah’s Grandmother. Nanah added her own vegan touch without comprising the wholesome taste and moistness!
Can be enjoyed either sweet or savory with your choice of jam or spreads and of course a cup of hot chocolate.
Ingredients – Freshly grated coconut, organic white flour, brown sugar, plant-based butter, baking powder, pure vanilla essence, cranberries, and red cherries just for the holidays.
- Serves 12 slices
Nanah’s Opulent Banana & Walnut Bread
The opulent handcrafted banana bread made with real chocolate chips, organic bananas and fresh walnuts was inspired by her 3 year old Grandson who asks for it religiously every time he visits his Nanah. Every loaf is baked with the same love and care Nanah shares with her Grandson and family.
Ingredients - Organic bananas, organic white flour, plant-based butter, pure vanilla essence, brown sugar, baking soda, fresh walnuts, real chocolate chips and red and green cherries just for the Holidays.
- Serves 12 slices
Nanah’s Crystal Rolls
These delicious rolls were inspired by Nanah’s daughter Crystal, from left over dough! When there was not enough dough for a whole loaf, she would just roll the remaining portion into little balls and bake. They became an instant hit with her daughter, now she cannot bake bread loaves without having at least 6 rolls in the batch!
Ingredients – Wholewheat organic flour, white organic flour, plant-based butter, yeast, and salt.
- Serves 12 slices
All of Nanah’s baked goods are preservative free, so please refrigerate after 3 days and then toast or heat in your own way and enjoy.
